Optional Features
Enhance your subscription with optional features to configure Assisted Rides to the needs of your organization.
- Financial: Track costs associated with each trip, and invoice clients/companies
- Areas: Separate your program into functional or geographical areas
- HIPAA Privacy: HIPAA compliant by default, this adds additional HIPAA privacy settings to control the access to information to "just-in-time"
- Inventory Management: Track your inventory and loans of durable medical equipment (DME)
- Agency Search and Referrals: Track inquiries and referrals from your community
- Vehicle Scheduling/Maintenance: Use your Agency Owned Vehicles to provide rides, and track the inspections/maintentance of your fleet
Subscriptions, and Rides/Services Definitions
- Base Subscription: This is the standard annual fee for using the core features of the Assisted Rides platform, based on the estimated ride/service volume
- Additional Rides/Services Tiers: If your organization exceeds the ride volume limits in the base plans, additional tiers are available in increments of 2,500 rides
- Ride: A “ride” (also known as a "trip") is defined as each point-to-point trip provided. For example providing a round trip is counted as 2 rides. All rides are counted including Completed, Canceled, Abandoned, etc
- Service: A "service" is counted the same as a one-way ride. That means each Service (telephone reassurance call, minor home repair, etc) will count the same as a one-way ride
- Support and Training: Support and training are included at no extra cost, covering initial setup, staff changes, and new feature adoption
- Data Ownership: You own your data and it will not be sold or shared
- Software Updates: Software updates every 6-8 weeks, and regular updates and new features are included in the subscription
- Notification Methods: Emailing, Texting, and Autocalls are included in the subscription
