Assisted Rides for Villages

Villages use Assisted Rides to manage their members and volunteers and the help members ask for, from rides and errands to in-home visits and events, in one web-based program.

Memberships, dues and households

Set up membership plans with your own dues and length of membership, record payments and paid-through dates, and let a household share one membership with a shared or separate ride allowance. You are warned when a membership is expiring or lapsed, but scheduling is never blocked.

Members asking for help themselves

Members can log in and schedule their own requests, so they do some of the scheduling work for you.

Volunteers who choose how they help

Volunteers can self-assign to open requests, block out days they are not available, set the days and times they prefer, and log their own volunteer hours.

Events and social programs

Run classes, outings, support groups and other activities with sign-up rosters, attendance, optional fees, reminders and printable flyers, and schedule rides to and from each session.

More than rides

Track errands, in-home visits, minor home repairs and telephone reassurance calls, and lend items such as wheelchairs and shower chairs with an expected return date.

“The system exceeded our expectations in terms of administrative ease and efficiency, improving our operational capacity.”

Pricing is based on the volume of rides and services you schedule, starting at $1,500 a year with unlimited clients and volunteers. We set up your real account for a free trial, so the work you do during the trial is kept if you sign up.
